What we’re about.
Trauma, pain, degradation and rejection are common experiences to those we serve, driving individuals to harden in order to survive the suffering that the disease of addiction brings. In a world where the climate has often been to repair the “problem” and to hone in on symptoms, weaknesses, and deficits, we believe that every individual who walks in our doors is already whole. True, long-standing impact is born from a place of love, compassion, and authentic connection. It is our truth that every individual’s unending light is simply lying underneath the layers of protection built to survive harsh stigma, societal barriers, and unaffordable care.
